Everyone who trains with me will have access to an app with all workouts and exercise videos as well as ongoing nutritional guidance.
In-Person Option 1
-three 45 minute sessions in person each week

-two 45 minute sessions in person each week
-one online workout to do on your own

Online Training
-3 sessions each week to do from your own gym or at home with minimal equipment
-nutritional guidance
-customized daily targets to meet your fitness goals
Running Plan
-12 week customized program to help you achieve your running goals whether it’s a specific race/distance or improving overall running
-three to four runs each week
*basic workouts can be included for additional cost
