  • In Person Training

    I have been training with Shelby since November of 2023. I am a member of a gym but had no idea what to do with the weights, so I’d just stuck to the cardio equipment. Knowing I needed to include weight training, I reached out to Shelby. I never would have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have now by myself. Shelby is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of her profession. She’s so friendly, and will get to know you to better coach you. When I had surgery on my hands, she modified everything so I was still able to train without re-injuring myself. I highly recommend her for any fitness level, she will work with you to find the best wellness path for you!

  • Running Plan

    I have loved doing run training with Shelby this past year! I have become more consistent in my runs and am able to run longer distances than when I started. The weekly strength days and runs are great in setting a consistent schedule while also pushing me to grow stronger and faster. With Shelby’s help I have completed my 4th half marathon and 2nd Princess weekend at Disney World (5k, 10k and half marathon in 3 days) and have no wish to slow down! Every finish line I have felt better and better and can’t wait to see what she can help me and others do next!
